The idea of Groove Junction as a Jazz Bistro was mooted by Jennifer Thomas, as she and her partner, Joanne Yeoh, founded Groove Junction to promote Jazz music in Kuala Lumpur.
Rightly so, as Jennifer is an ardent follower of Jazz and is sister to the legendary Jazz guitarist Jose Thomas. Jose along with his son, the phenomenal percussionist, John Thomas is a founding member of Groove Unction. Thus Groove Junction bears a proud legacy of serious Jazz music. |
